Kovacity Refund and Returns Policy

At Kovacity, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: All items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition. The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and any additional accessories or promotional items intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
    • Products marked as final sale or clearance items.
    • Gift cards or digital products, as they cannot be returned or refunded.

1.2 Refunds vs. Store Credit

If you return a product that meets our return criteria, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can issue you a store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases on kovacity.com.


2. How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy and straightforward. Just follow these simple steps:

  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return.

Our team will respond promptly, providing you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not send your items back without receiving this authorization, as we cannot process returns without it.

2.2 Preparing the Return Package

Once you receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN), package the item securely in its original box or packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Attach the Return Authorization Number to the outside of the package for easy identification.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return your item. This ensures that you can track the status of your return and protects both you and us in case the return is lost or damaged during shipping.

Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference. We cannot process your return if we do not receive your item.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Here’s what you can expect:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. If you paid using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. For payments made through PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account.

3.2 Refund Timeline

Once we have received the returned item and verified that it meets our return conditions, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, but it generally takes 5-10 business days.

3.3 Partial Refunds

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. However, you can return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like in exchange.

  2. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the item you want in exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability, so please ensure the new item you want is in stock before placing your new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of all products before they are shipped. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and issue you a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

Once an order is placed on kovacity.com, it is processed quickly. However, if you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this time frame, the order may already be in the shipping process, and we will not be able to cancel or modify it.

7. Shipping Fees

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong item or a defective product). If you qualify for a refund, the refund will be for the product cost only, excluding any shipping or handling fees.

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that:

  • You are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and declaring the package as a return to avoid any customs issues.
  • Customs duties or import taxes paid on the returned item will not be refunded.
